Monday	Walk from Hawes along Wendsleydale to Aysgarth, Falls transport back to Hawes followed by homecooked evening meal at Herriots
Tuesday	Transport to Aysgarth after breakfast, walk to Grinton near Reeth, transport back to Hawes
Wednesday	Transport to Grinton, walk along Swaledale to Keld, transport back to Hawes
Thursday	Transport to Keld, walk over Great Shunner Fell following the Pennine Way back to Hawes
Friday	Depart after Breakfast

Herriot Guest House is licenced for residents and has a good selection of wines and locally brewed beers available. The town of Hawes offers a choice of restaurants as well as traditional pubs serving hearty "pub-grub", Black Sheep and Theakston's ales.

Herriot's Guest House is located in the centre of Hawes and has a 4 star "Guest Accommodation" rating from Visit Britain. All guest rooms have en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, and flat screen digital TV / DVD . Wi-Fi is available free of charge to residents.

Especially for walkers there is a drying cabinet suitable for outdoor clothes, boots etc. just in case the weather inclines towards damp!

The Herriot Way is a self guided walk within the Yorkshire Dales National Park and walkers will encounter a wide range of terrains from gentle riverside meadows, tumbling waterfalls and picturesque traditional Yorkshire Dales villages to the grandeur of remote lofty peaks (Shunner Fell 716m).

The walk is described in the excellent guide-book by Norman Scholes a copy of which will be sent free with each booking confirmation (one copy per booking)
